Ask inquisitive, sales‑oriented questions to gather detailed technical information.
Assign leads promptly to the most appropriate laboratory or business sector.
Follow up with customers through daily emails and phone calls.
Record all activities, contacts and call logs accurately in Dynamics CRM.
Maintain relationships with the sales team and business unit leaders.
Keep current knowledge of Element’s service offerings.
Document customer concerns, forward to quality managers and track resolutions.
Route customer questions and ensure satisfaction by monitoring evolving needs.
Support the Tactical Marketing Manager with related customer‑service tasks.

1–3 years of sales, marketing or customer service experience.
Ability to read and interpret quotes, contracts, marketing materials and testing specifications.
Strong written and oral communication skills; multilingual ability preferred.
Competence in basic algebra, geometry and calculating discounts, commissions, etc.
Problem‑solving skills for interpreting instructions, data and diagrams.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record per Element policy.
Experience with testing procedures and requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good interpersonal skills fostering open communication and respect.
Capability to interface with clients, win new work and develop proposals with cost estimates and terms.
