As a Wind Site Technician you will ensure the smooth operation of wind turbines by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and addressing system issues. Your work directly supports the delivery of clean, reliable energy to local communities.

- Hold a Wind Technician certificate (6 months) or 1 year turbine experience or 2 years mechanical/electrical experience.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities and an engaged work approach.
- Work well in collaborative environments.
- Be physically fit, comfortable working at heights and in varied conditions.
- Communicate in English (read, speak, follow instructions).
- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to hear and use telephones or radios.
- Visual acuity with depth perception and color discrimination.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and exhibit hand‑eye coordination.
- Ability to climb stairs and vertical ladders up to 60‑100 m and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry items up to 50 lb.
- Obtain required safety certifications (LOTO, Electrical Qualification, Fall Arrest, High‑Angle Rescue, Confined Space).
- Combined weight of employee, PPE, and gear must not exceed 300 lb; PPE may weigh up to 40 lb.
