Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Preconstruction Manager – Design Management Support for its Owner’s Rep team, working remotely within the US for a key data‑center client. The role provides day‑to‑day coordination of the design process, managing documentation, schedules, and package tracking while upholding Procore standards and ensuring compliance across architects and engineers. Acting as a liaison among design teams, project management and construction, the manager drives clarity, closes submittals, resolves RFIs and assists with QA/QC, change management and tenant integration.
Qualified candidates hold a degree in architecture, design, construction management, engineering or a related field, and have at least four years of design, pre‑construction or project‑management experience with a design‑management focus. Familiarity with MEP systems and data‑center operations, as well as strong English communication skills, are required.
