This pivotal service‑leadership role comes at a transformative moment in OCU’s growth. Reporting to the Group IT Director, you will be responsible for the operational performance of OCU Group’s Technology Services that support over 6,000 users worldwide, ensuring service excellence, reliability and user satisfaction across our global delivery model.
You will oversee multiple managed‑service partners and internal teams, maintaining seamless delivery across incident, request and change management while driving continuous improvement and strategic service enhancements that enable scalability for international expansion. The role blends governance with agility, delivering consistent, efficient technology services that empower OCU’s people and projects daily.
We are seeking a seasoned IT service delivery leader with strong ITIL expertise and a proven track record of managing both internal and outsourced teams to improve SLA performance.
