  • Prior Accounting responsibilities with purchase order creation, account reconciliation, GL coding, auditing of invoices and records
  • Communicate/troubleshoot/escalate all issues with site personnel/management/service dealers

  • Coordinate content for quarterly EMG newsletter
  • Accounting duties consisting of, but not limited to, purchase order creation, review and approval of service/repair invoices, assisting with GL account reconciliation and entering monthly equipment billings
  • Present the equipment spreadsheet during weekly Equipment Management Group (EMG) meeting to review and assign resources
  • Order, distribute and coordinate installation of ENTACT branded logos on heavy equipment
  • Audit company expense reports for equipment charges to ensure correct accounting GL codes are applied.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, One Drive & SharePoint)
  • Experience with equipment tracking software such as HCSS (preferred)
  • Must be able to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
  • Able to understand and utilize reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Work requires the ability to hear normal conversation, see near objects, and speak clearly.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Viewpoint Construction Software (preferred)
  • Good reasoning ability and decision-making skills.
  • No heavy lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects may be required.
