Equipment Coordinator

Provides environmental remediation and geotechnical construction services for infrastructure, energy, and natural environments.
The Equipment Coordinator supports the Equipment Management Group with data entry, accounting duties, heavy equipment tracking, and communication with site personnel. They will also assist with audit and reconciliation tasks.
Prior Accounting responsibilities with purchase order creation, account reconciliation, GL coding, auditing of invoices and records
Communicate/troubleshoot/escalate all issues with site personnel/management/service dealers
Real-time heavy equipment tracking using HCSS (Dispatcher) and VisionLink software
Coordinate content for quarterly EMG newsletter
Accounting duties consisting of, but not limited to, purchase order creation, review and approval of service/repair invoices, assisting with GL account reconciliation and entering monthly equipment billings
Present the equipment spreadsheet during weekly Equipment Management Group (EMG) meeting to review and assign resources
Order, distribute and coordinate installation of ENTACT branded logos on heavy equipment
Audit company expense reports for equipment charges to ensure correct accounting GL codes are applied.
