- Present the equipment spreadsheet during weekly Equipment Management Group (EMG) meeting to review and assign resources
- Order, distribute and coordinate installation of ENTACT branded logos on heavy equipment
- Audit company expense reports for equipment charges to ensure correct accounting GL codes are applied.

- Able to understand and utilize reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Work requires the ability to hear normal conversation, see near objects, and speak clearly.
- Experience with accounting software such as Viewpoint Construction Software (preferred)
- Good reasoning ability and decision-making skills.
