  • Amélioration et innovation: Contribuer à la veille technologique et à l’analyse des meilleures pratiques. Préparer et valider des protocoles d’essais adaptés aux projets, standardiser les procédures qualité, et proposer des solutions novatrices en réponse aux lacunes identifiées.
  • Suivi financier et opérationnel : Contrôler les coûts, optimiser la rentabilité, assurer une facturation précise et superviser le personnel technique affecté aux chantiers.
  • Coordination de chantier: Assurer la coordination des inspections et la vérification des travaux de construction et de réfection. Participer aux réunions de chantier, gérer les ressources humaines et les activités opérationnelles de l’équipe.

  • Gestion de projet : Piloter des mandats en contrôle qualitatif, suivre l’exécution des travaux, gérer les non-conformités et les actions correctives, et valider les solutions sur le terrain.
  • Capacité de travailler sous pression ;
  • Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec depuis minimum 5 ans ;
  • Baccalauréat en génie civil, génie géologique ou génie de la construction ;
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule ;
  • Analyse technique : Rédiger des rapports détaillés avec recommandations, interpréter les résultats d’essais en laboratoire et sur le terrain, ajuster les méthodes ou matériaux, et résoudre les problématiques techniques en chantier.
  • Maîtrise du français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience confirmée en ingénierie des sols et des matériaux ;
