Supervising less experienced engineers or technical support personnel on an assignment basis.
Supporting Project Managers by serving as an Assistant Project Manager or Assistant Project Engineer as needed.
Collaborating across departments to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.

5+ years of post-graduate civil engineering experience.
Experience supporting both design and project management phases of land development projects.

Proven ability to adapt standard engineering techniques to complex project challenges.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
