In this role you will contribute to civil engineering projects, working closely with senior staff and clients to deliver high‑quality designs and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
We are hiring a full‑time, exempt Civil Professional Engineer at a mid‑level capacity. The new Civil PE will work on municipal and private development projects, collaborating with professional engineers, engineers‑in‑training, and designers. Under the direction of a Project Manager, you will develop technical processes for civil drawings and progressively acquire the business and client‑facing skills needed to eventually manage complete civil engineering projects.
Candidates must possess the appropriate civil engineering education, Professional Engineer licensure, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities essential for our collaborative environment.
The position is primarily sedentary with extensive computer use, though occasional walking, lifting up to 25 lb, bending, squatting, and reaching overhead may be required. It is a full‑time exempt role with flexible scheduling options—either five 8‑hour days or four 9‑hour days plus a half‑day on Friday—while maintaining core business hours of 9 am to 4 pm.
