We are looking for an Experienced HVAC Startup Technician to join our team on industrial sites. This role supports project startup, commissioning and warranty work on a wide variety of commercial and industrial heating, ventilation and air‑condition systems according to company standards, delivering a high‑quality customer experience. The majority of work will be performed on commercial sites.

Pass drug and background screenings.
Hold a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
Minimum two years of commercial/industrial HVAC startup experience.
Possess an EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling license.
Have a HVAC trade school completion certificate (preferred).
Demonstrate exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and work environments.
Ability to train and supervise others.
Physically capable of lifting 50 lb+, accessing crawlspaces and attics, and using ladders.
