In this role you will monitor supplies and contracts to keep the property well‑stocked, participate in emergency evacuation and crisis management plans, and oversee health‑and‑safety and budget compliance, including petty‑cash management and vendor invoice standards. You will also champion client satisfaction by addressing complex issues, driving performance against key metrics and service‑level agreements, and conducting routine service audits and reporting.
- Oversee daily property operations, administrative functions, security, and facility services.
- Manage supplies and contracts to ensure adequate stock for uninterrupted operations.
- Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
- Monitor health and safety issues, budget, petty cash, and vendor invoice compliance.
- Drive client satisfaction by addressing issues, improving processes, and meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Conduct routine service audits and prepare stock, meeting, and management reports.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business, hotel or building management and brings three to five years of facilities‑management experience, with solid knowledge of occupational safety and client‑centric operations.
