  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, tracking variances and adjusting as needed.
  • Analyze and execute strategies based on monthly financial reports.

  • Adequate vision and hearing to inspect properties, read documents, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings, in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during site visits and meetings.
