Fleet Maintenance Controller

Description

• Assist in the daily running of the maintenance department and take responsibility in the supervisor’s absence.
• Communicate confidently with drivers, technicians, depots, and customers.
• Issue authority to suppliers for maintenance and repair work.
• Advise customers on service work, MOTs, and breakdown situations.

Requirements

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Controller to join our busy team in Felixstowe. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, perfect for someone with strong mechanical knowledge and excellent organisational skills.

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance.
• A confident, proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
