Participate in all training programs directed by Manager.
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Maintains tools in good working order per MSHA and OSHA regulations.
Communicates with coworkers and customers to ensure top quality equipment is always available and customer expectation is exceeded.
Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.

Completes basic computer tasks including completing work orders, looking up parts, and communicating via email.
Bring to the attention of the Service Manager any shop tools, equipment or vehicle that is not in a serviceable condition or unsafe to use.
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses all types of equipment to ensure proper working condition on the job site or in the shop.
Drive to various vendors to acquire parts for assigned repairs .
Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings .
Performs routine equipment clean-up and upkeep as well as safety review and pre-delivery inspections.
Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions, and adjusts heavy equipment as required and completes all paperwork on the equipment to which the individual is assigned.

Required to travel to various locations for training classes/seminars .
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
