Manager, Intelligent Automation

Description

• Work with stakeholders to ensure understanding and support for proposed solutions
• Participate in training businesses on the use of RPA technologies and in automation best practice
• To own, contribute and deliver project tasks / activities as required to deliver project outcomes on the ground
• Document the automation procedures
• Responsible to design, developing, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
• Collaborate with the RPA Governance on best practices and code reviews
• Inspire - Inspire others, creates vision and strategy, energizes others
• Automation KPIs reporting, building dashboards with Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint based reporting
• Responsible for L1 & L2 Run Support & maintenance of deployed RPA (Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform) solutions
• Contribute to development and configure new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
• Collaborate with Governance, IT, Operations, Business, Application, Risk, Compliance teams for Change Management
• Build automations for run support activities and reduce/eliminate manual effort for the team
• Participate in technical discussions and develop strategies to solve technical challenges
• Collaborate with other Divisions, senior leaders and support functions (often across different geographies)
• Helps others - Builds relationships, actively collaborates, helps others succeed.
• Design automation processes as per the operational needs of the organization and using Work Load Management for scalability
• Responsible for capturing and publishing Run metrics/KPIs like incidents, change requests, deployments, bots metrics, etc
• Collaborate with the internal IT team to set up and maintain RPA technical infrastructure
• Collaborate with Governance, IT, Operations, Business, Application, Risk, Compliance teams for Change Management.
• Analysis root cause for an error/incident
• Review the code and the design and also provide expertise in the development, and integration of systems
• Building a central capability to deploy Automation at scale and quality

Requirements

• Control room- administration knowledge
• Knowledge of Agile Tools like Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
• Analytical Skills: Has a structured approach to problem solving with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Drives to fix the ultimate root causes to drive sustainable change
• Experience/knowledge of Database, VB/Python scripting and Excel VBA
• Good working experience with Web, Windows, Email, PDF, API, Excel, Word, Share Point, SAP, Terminal Applications, etc
• Experience in automation KPIs reporting, building dashboards with Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint based reporting
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
• Think Big - Thinks strategically, simplifies the complex, solves complex problems, sees the big picture
• Excellent logical thinking and have should be able to identify the issues and root cases with very quick turnaround time
• Experience in handing Change Requests and Incidents. And experience in change management process
• Expertise in building automations for run support activities and reduce/eliminate manual effort for the team
• Must be Automation Anywhere A360 Certified RPA Professional
• Character with high perseverance and resourcefulness required to keep driving and finding ways to get the required steps done. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Forward looking with a holistic approach
• 3+ years of professional experience with RPA tools Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform
• Must have experience in Development, Run Support, Maintenance, Incident Management and Change Management
• Scripting/coding in RPA tool to resolve automation issues
• Knowledge of Agentic Automation is a plus
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile development
• Must have experience in Solution Design, Development, Testing, Run Support, Maintenance, Incident Management and Change Management
• Influencing and Team work: Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Good working experience with Gen AI, prompt engineering and other OCR tools.
