Experience mentoring junior staff and implementing process improvements
SOPA compliance (QLD preferred) and understanding of Australian commercial law
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and commercial judgment
Strong knowledge of contracts, payment schedules, change orders, and variations
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and resolve disputes efficiently
