Adhering to company safety policies and performing work in a safe manner.
Continuously monitoring the unloading process, while safely operating manual unloading gates, air valves and blowers.
Ensuring each load is completed to the customer’s specification within legal limits.
Spotting railcars over the loading area to connect the cars with the unloading equipment.
Loading bulk trucks in a safe, efficient and timely manner from the designated silos, as instructed by the Terminal Manager.
Cleaning all areas of the terminal and grounds, and obtaining daily/weekly samples.

Able to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditions
In good physical condition, able to bend, use broom and shovel, able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs., sit and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, climb ladders and walk on mixed terrain and in confined spaces
Able to work different extended hours, holidays and/or overtime as required
Ability to operate forklifts and tractors for cutting grass
Ability to work independently, without constant supervision
Speak, read, write and understand English
Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet
