Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to build Arup’s brand recognition as a leading water consultant across the region, with a particular focus on growth markets, such as Spain, Poland and Serbia.
Champion brand coherence across all activities and support the development of strong client relationships through targeted marketing initiatives.
Plan and deliver impactful Arupowned events (online and inperson) and strategically leverage industry gatherings to connect with clients and partners.
Craft compelling content and manage diverse communication channels (digital, social media, web, case studies, thought leadership) to engage key audiences, raise the profile of our subject matter experts, and showcase our expertise.

Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills in English, with an ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Native Spanish would be advantageous.
Proven experience using digital communication tools and platforms for B2B marketing.
Previous marketing experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or professional services sector is essential. Experience of water consulting sector highly desirable.
