  • Work with our internal partners and teams to best serve the customer.
  • Engage a programmatic approach to demand generation to expand wallet share in existing and new corporate accounts.
  • Utilize the national sales model to generate leads
  • Leverage prospect issues and concerns to create compelling value propositions with insights to existing and new accounts.
  • Build customer relationships, prepare presentation materials, prospect, and close on accounts
  • Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles with customers, focusing on attaining enterprise-wide deployments
  • Develop and manage account specific strategies to educate and engage appropriate, decision-making personnel, resulting in the generation of sales
  • Bring your experience and consultative selling skills to re-initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • Identify and network with decision makers of national accounts to secure all business opportunities
  • Proactively prospect and develop accounts by cold calling, social media, emails and face to face meetings.
  • Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect NARs products and services.

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Must be able to climb a ladder; may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Preferred experience and knowledge of commercial roofing and/or in selling contractor type services to large enterprises, .
  • Proficient in CRM in either HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Must have clean driving record
  • Able to Lead all aspects of the sales cycle with the ability to uncover, qualify, develop, spec and close new business in new accounts and existing accounts.
  • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position NAR.
  • Know how to create, present, and articulate an account strategy and tactical planning, in writing and stored in CRM.
  • Travel up to 50% required as needed
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills in challenging sales situations
  • Possess the skills to open new corporate accounts.
  • Preferred experience with SPIN, Sandler, The Challenger, or other sales strategies
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a heavy emphasis in solution selling
  • Preferred training on MS Dynamics
  • Strong skills in relationship building, prospecting and closing
  • 2+ years of experience in selling to large enterprise accounts both new and existing
  • Preferred experience cultivating beneficial relationships with consultants
  • Proven track record of selling big ticket capital expenditures
