North America’s leading provider of foundation repair and water management solutions for homes and businesses.
The Service Technician is an integral part of the customer journey after installation, partnering with customers to inspect and service pre‑existing foundation repair and water management solutions while offering additional solution options as needed.
Technicians execute scheduled appointments, travel to customers’ homes, build long‑term relationships, and professionally represent the company. They recommend additional products and services, perform annual maintenance visits, diagnose and fix issues during reactive service calls, and install any purchased products.
All work follows safety regulations and procedures; technicians assess installed solutions for warranty or non‑warranty work, communicate job status, and submit necessary documentation to the Service Manager and customers.
Qualifications include at least one year of proven sales experience (preferred), construction or home‑improvement experience (preferred), strong customer‑relations skills, a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), and a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
The role requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy loads, good manual dexterity, multi‑limb coordination, excellent stamina, and the ability to read reports and data on computer screens.
