The role involves documenting the project scope through a Statement of Work (SoW) and other deliverables, communicating the SoW to key stakeholders, and leading all project‑related meetings, including setup, facilitation, and capturing next steps. The incumbent manages scope and objectives, drives the A&E to stay within constraints, supports procurement for project buy‑outs, and handles issue and risk management, including escalation. They also complete project handover and demobilization, document lessons learned, and provide cost and schedule updates with the cost manager, coordinating with the construction manager for construction‑phase oversight.
Candidates should have experience using Primavera P6 in oil and gas projects and a proven track record leading medium‑ to large‑sized, moderately to highly complex construction projects. A BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer. Preferred certifications include OSHA 30 and PMP.
