-Support global claims management matters. -Support human resource business partners and operations leaders by providing general legal advice on various employment law matters and immigration, including assessing legal risks and opportunities. -Support corporate governance matters including drafting board meeting minutes and resolutions for Jensen Hughes subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide. -Assist with general transaction work involving intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, and privacy matters. -Support the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures within the Legal department infrastructure. -You will work with market-leading clients and have the backing of a leading international firm. -Manage outside counsel on matters as needed. -Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and business partners, including master services agreements, RFP responses, commercial leases and vendor agreements. -Research and provide legal updates on industry-related legislation in all applicable jurisdictions.

Employment, immigration and/or corporate transactional experience preferred. -Experience in a Building Construction or Professional Services Industry highly regarded. -Ability to work with minimal supervision, function autonomously and take initiative. -Speaking Mandarin or Cantonese is not essential but highly regarded.
