The Director of Pricing & Data Platform will lead the creation of a next‑generation Data Optimization Platform to transform how AvalonBay leverages data, predictive analytics, and dynamic pricing across its rental portfolio. This role shapes strategy, technology, and execution of data capabilities that drive measurable business impact, drawing on best practices from dynamic pricing, yield management, and data analytics.
