- Effectuer des calculs énergétiques, incluant des analyses de consommation et des calculs d’économies potentielles liées aux mesures d’efficacité énergétique sur plusieurs plateformes : EXCEL, eQuest, Énergy+, IESVE, etc.
- Effectuer des études techniques, autant pour les bâtiments existants que pour les nouveaux projets.
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou génie du bâtiment
- Curiosité intellectuelle, avec un intérêt marqué pour l'apprentissage continu et les nouvelles technologies.
- Autonomie et sens des responsabilités, capable de mener des tâches de façon proactive.
- Esprit analytique et rigueur technique pour résoudre des problématiques complexes.
- Effectuer les relevés techniques des systèmes mécaniques et électriques des bâtiments.
- Permis de conduire classe 5 (un atout)
- Approche pragmatique, orientée vers des solutions concrètes et applicables.
- Maîtrise du français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. La maîtrise de l’anglais est un atout.
- Investiguer les systèmes mécaniques, électriques et de contrôle relié au bâtiment afin de recommander des optimisations.
- Rédiger des rapports techniques, clairs et détaillés, documentant les analyses et recommandations.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de projet, incluant un support technique aux chargés de projet et aux équipes senior.
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Participer à d'autres tâches connexes, y compris des responsabilités administratives.
