The Case Manager position is based in Los Angeles, CA (Villas at Gower) and is a full‑time, non‑exempt role with a salary range of $23.24 to $28.28 per hour, paid over 24 periods per year. Driving is an essential function of the job, and compensation will be adjusted based on experience, with the lower end for candidates meeting minimum experience and the higher end for seasoned professionals.
PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) was founded in 1984 and has pioneered bold, effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness across California. The organization offers a continuum of services including homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
Our Supportive Housing Services (SHS) provide Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) in a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) setting for individuals with histories of chronic health, mental health, or co‑occurring conditions. Services are centralized on‑site to ensure easy access to resources that promote long‑term housing stabilization, quality of life, and community integration.
