Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person
Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned
Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance
Collaborate with senior IT staff on the resolution of more complex issues
Assist users with application issues, and guide them in utilizing software effectively
Document, track, and manage support requests in the help desk ticketing system
Provide basic IT training to staff on new technologies
Install, configure, and deploy computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper software licensing
