

Provides engineering, planning, and environmental services for infrastructure and development projects.
The Professional Land Surveyor will apply land surveying principles in preparing or directing support staff in the production of varied surveying maps and documents. This position will support our survey department by guiding and directing the processing and drafting of surveying deliverables. This would include boundary surveys, ALTA Land Title Surveys, existing conditions surveys, subdivision plats, common interest community plats, registered land surveys, transportation right of way platting and routing surveys, and various survey exhibits. This position would also provide support to the home building services team in the review of Lot Certifications, Grading As-builts and Foundation As-builts.
Alliant Engineering has an opening for a Professional Land Surveyor in our Minneapolis office. The successful candidate will possess the ability to analyze and interpret survey records and documents, identify problems and envision solutions, and develop deliverables using state of the art technology in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

The base salary for this position is expected to be in the range of $105,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
