  • Partner with leaders to assess talent needs. Champion talent acquisition; ensure that positions are filled quickly with the best talent, working closely with corporate staffing centers and create Industrial maps of key / critical positions
  • Support and execute comprehensive retention strategies, through progressive HR practices, tools and market analysis
  • Facilitate the implementation of HR Initiatives for the business basis employee sensing inputs, business needs, global & local HR Strategy.
  • Create two way communication between employees and management, through skip levels, Business group meeting, One on One etc. and take actions as necessary.
  • Promotes positive employee relations and employee engagement through modelling highest standards of ethics and deal with employee concerns empathetically and sensitively
  • Employee Satisfaction Surveys: Encourage maximum participation, coach managers to analyze results, action planning, and implementation of action to drive inclusive and engaging culture for our employees.
  • Partner with local and remote peers including HR Business Partners , Talent Acquisition team , Eaton University and HR Services team and work collaboratively to resolve any relevant issues.
  • Build and develop capability in the organization through proactive and robust performance management and succession plan. Drive talent reviews to enable talent decisions and ensure implementation of subsequent talent actions.
  • Drive HR functional excellence through deployment of Eaton programs, internal HR Scorecards, ensuring quality of process and content alignment with the Eaton Business system. Ensure HR Metrices, Functional Excellence Scorecards, Dashboards are maintained and goals are met.
