Manage pricing including understand the pricing dynamics in the assigned market. Collect competitive price sheets on a continual basis to ensure we are well priced in the marketplace.
Conduct meetings with customers, new dealers, and sales team to promote company products and services including building relationships internally and externally.
Provide leadership and direction to managers in their respective division/department

Select, train, supervise and evaluate Sales Managers.

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel
Possess a good understanding of ordering, transportation and logistics
Minimum of 5 years of strong P&L experience as well as strong financial planning and analysis skills.
Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint & database applications, CRM, etc.
Ability to influence and provide sound judgment, coaching and leadership to team.
Understands the business and can put together comprehensive department solutions
Proficient sales skills with broad knowledge of sales forecasting and sales call planning. Familiarity with different sales cycles and styles that occur between the company and the distributor, the distributor and the dealer and the dealer and the consumer.
Thorough understanding with current knowledge of trends in sales force management with the ability to train and coach sales team.
Effective organizational and time management skills including ability to prioritize
Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.
