  • Tracks spends against allocated project budget and control the cost within budget

  • Identifies suitable Contractors/Consultant/vendors for various contracts
  • Provides technical/work scope inputs to Contracts and Budgeting teams to prepare the contract and costing
  • Follows up with the project management
  • Participates in the Joint procurement process
  • Follows up with Contracts for sign off on the agreement / Letter of Intent (LOI)/work order
  • Prepares detailed project plan such as work schedules, risk mitigation plan in coordination with the project
  • handing to Customer
  • Conducts a comparative analysis of shortlisted vendors and makes recommendations
  • Selection of Contractors/Consultants/ Vendors
  • Resolves project related issues or bottlenecks
  • Certifies the bills of consultants, contractors and vendors
  • Follows up Accounts to ensure that the payments are made in a timely manner
  • Coordinates with Contracts for fulfillment of material requirements and Coordinates with Design and Regional
  • Tracks and monitors progress of construction
  • The is done through Tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities for projects with Project Mangers/Consultants/ contractors with close collaboration with related functions like Contracts & Procurement, Costing & Budgeting, Liaison, Design, Marketing & Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure achievement of AOP targets by planning & driving adherence to the

  • Monitors quality of work by conducting visual inspections on a regular basis and scrutinizing reports from PMC
