The Resource Industries segment in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager in Newcastle, the role supports the AP and EAME territories and works within a diverse, global team to drive the people strategy for the segment.
Candidates must hold a university degree or equivalent experience, have prior HR experience, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with Workday knowledge considered an advantage. Required skills include strong knowledge of labour law, HR policies, effective communication across all levels, analytical decision‑making, confidentiality, and understanding of total‑rewards strategies for Australian mine sites.
