What you would be doing
Reporting on the performance of the supply chain in relation to their health and safety duties and obligations under the relevant sub-contracts.
Liaising with insurance brokers on a regular basis and preparing information for insurance renewals.
Ensuring that all data relating to the asset (such as building drawings, maintenance manuals, product warranties) is maintained in accordance with the Management Systems
Monitoring the planned preventative maintenance regime and ensuring the client receives copies of records that work is undertaken are received. In addition, monitoring the implementation of the programme and conducting a quality sampling exercise to check that work is undertaken to the correct standard on a semi-annual basis.
Managing and overseeing the delivery of the operational phases of each SPV set up to deliver revenue funded projects
Reporting to the SPV board on operational issues, disputes (including potential disputes) and variations to any document entered into in relation to the project and preparing all reports required by the project documents.
Review FM provider monthly reports
Preparation of board reports
Attendance at SPV operational meetings, management meetings and present at SPV board meetings.
Managing the project, the construction contract, the service contract and all associated documents and appointments in respect of the project but, without prejudice always excluding the management of the funding agreements.
Advising the SPV board as to their duties in relation to health and safety matters.
Creating an insurance risk management strategy to identify key drivers of premia and risk and update annually
