Tasks

-Present complex analytics insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership -Own and enhance the Power BI data model architecture and enterprise reporting -Develop and implement data literacy programs and manage access to analytics platforms and training resources -Execute analytics strategy and build governance frameworks for advanced analytics including AI and machine learning -Lead the Analytics Team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment

What You Bring

-Advanced skills in data modelling, R/Python, SQL, and Power BI -Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and deliver high-quality analytics solutions -Proven previous experience in analytics solution design and development -Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Finance, or related discipline (desirable) -Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders -Strong commercial acumen and project management experience -Experience leading teams and delivering successful change initiatives
