Responsibilities include project schedule ownership, rigorous QHSE/QA co-management, and leading all subcontractor activities and project closeout.

Lead, track, and manage subcontractor progress and manpower against the construction schedule.
Assign and manage workflow, ensuring productivity goals are met.
Ensure rigorous safety standards, compliance with quality codes, and standard procedures are met through thorough work inspection.
Provide technical guidance to the installation team and contribute to improving construction practices.
Schedule material deliveries, participate in coordination and handover meetings, and maintain site documentation (e.g., weekly photographic diary).
