Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
Reports any damages or maintenance problems as well as turns over any lost and found items from guest rooms to the Manager
Monitors and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Makes up cribs and rollaway beds and re-hang/refold clothes.
Responsible for maintaining positive guest relations.
Anticipates guests’ needs, responds promptly, and acknowledges all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.

Replaces facial, toilet tissue and bathroom amenities in correct amount and location.
Cleans guest rooms as assigned.

Resolves guest housekeeping complaints and ensures guest satisfaction.
Empties vacuum bag and wipes vacuum clean.
Follow directions thoroughly.
Ensures security of any assigned guest room keys.
Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Uses equipment only as intended.
Removes soil, dirt, soap build-up and hair from bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, bathtub, shower curtain and floor.
Uses correct cleaning materials for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
