The role is based at our office in Caterham, Surrey, with travel to our sites as required.
Proven ability on Autocad and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator)
RIBA Part III qualified or a degree in a related field of study, ideally with a minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in residential architecture
Strong graphic, concept, sketching and presentation skills
Knowledge and experience on Revit will be beneficial but not essential.
Experience of managing applications through the planning system
Experience of designing residential developments
