Rhino and Grasshopper skills desired
Outstanding record for leading projects through all phases especially detailed documentation and delivery
Operating at a level equal to 10+ years local experience
Strong ArchiCAD skills
Past experience with top-tier studios
A designer’s eye, personally fit and a can-do attitude
Understanding on local council requirements, Australian building codes and standards
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional technical skills
Architectural qualification, registration not essential but preferred
Experience dealing with clients, consultants and approval processes
