The Senior CAD/CAFM Analyst role drives technical excellence as a critical specialist managing complex drawing systems and CAFM platform integrations that support strategic workplace decisions for corporate clients. You will combine advanced CAD expertise with facility‑management system knowledge to ensure accurate space allocation tracking, compliance with industry standards, and seamless data integration across multiple platforms.
In this position you will create, update, and review master drawing files in accordance with redlined drawings and instructions, ensuring all documents follow JLL standards, layering formats, and office space measurement standards such as BOMA, IFMA, and RICS. You will also generate attributed polylines for space allocation tracking and charge‑backs, and capture required changes to layouts, polylines, and labels.
You will load drawings into Computer‑Aided Facility Maintenance (CAFM) platforms or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), capturing attribution changes including space categories, types, standards, employee names, and organization codes. Performing test fits per redlined drawings and provided instructions, you will deliver precise space‑planning solutions that meet client requirements and workplace optimization objectives.
The role involves regular interaction with key client and JLL stakeholders, providing drawings per instruction in both hard‑copy and digital formats, and ensuring stakeholders are updated on task completion. You will assist in CAFM/IWMS implementations for new clients, applying financial acumen and program‑management skills to profitably execute technical solutions while developing long‑term client relationships and facilitating conflict resolution.
Required qualifications include a degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, and 3‑5 years of CAD/CAFM technical and project experience in corporate environments. Strong working knowledge of at least one CAFM system (TRIRIGA, Archibus, Manhattan/Centerstone) and proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Revit are essential, as are excellent Microsoft Office, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience with additional CAD software platforms, advanced BIM modeling capabilities, or specialized CAFM customization and integration. Professional certifications such as IFMA, BOMA, or similar, as well as a proven record of leading technical implementation projects and enhanced financial acumen in space cost allocation, are highly valued.
The position is remote, based in Toronto, ON, with an estimated compensation range of CAD 75,000‑85,000 per year. JLL promotes an inclusive culture, AI‑enhanced recruitment, and provides reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities throughout the hiring process.
