The Project Executive role is based in San Jose, CA, full‑time and onsite with no remote option. The position is responsible for creating and leading successful projects through the entire lifecycle, from sales and design to construction completion.
- Lead cross‑functional staff throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage full sales process: estimates, proposals, contract review, meetings, and closures
- Supervise business activities from sales inception to project completion
- Prepare budget projections, control costs, and handle communications such as memos, contracts, and change orders
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Attend and coordinate project management, sales, and construction meetings
- Directly supervise Project Engineers, Coordinators, and supervisory personnel
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
