- Attend and conduct staff meetings as required.
- Maintain client satisfaction through regular communication and project management.
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline.
- Prepare and oversee revisions of original drawings and revisions of transportation, municipal, private, and industrial civil engineering projects using Microstation, InRoads, and AutoCAD software.
- Prepare technical reports.
- Mentor engineers, EITs, and designers within the group.

- Proven strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
- Experience with the Department of Transportation (DOT) projects is strongly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering with a valid P.E. License.
- Proficiency in Microstation, OpenRoads, ProjectWise, and AutoCAD.
- Experience in highway design, transportation design, civil engineering, and roadway projects.
- Project management skills.
- A minimum of eight years of experience in transportation engineering projects.
