Field HSE Advisor ensuring safety, compliance and environmental excellence for telecom projects.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Review and support environmental management plans and controls. -Conduct in-field inspections and audits across multiple regional sites. -Develop and implement management plans, risk registers, and SWMS. -Partner with project teams to deliver safety initiatives aligned with business goals. -Onboard contractors and ensure compliance with HSE standards. -Investigate HSE incidents using ICAM methodology and manage corrective actions. -Lead and mentor operational teams, focusing on risk mitigation strategies.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of environmental controls and legislation. -3–5 years’ experience in high-risk industries, ideally civil construction or telecommunications. -General Construction Induction and valid Australian driver’s license. -Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (mandatory). -Experience with ICAM investigations and internal auditing (highly regarded). -Tool of Trade Vehicle including for regional travel
