The Bid Coordinator role in the EMEA Business Development team supports growth by managing and producing winning bid submissions in close collaboration with technical experts and directors.
- Coordinate stakeholder input to produce high‑quality, tailored bid responses aligned with client scoring criteria.
- Manage bid programmes and timetables for strategic opportunities, ensuring timely, compliant submissions.
- Review and edit bids for quality, consistency, and design using Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Maintain and improve the bid library, templates and supporting materials, introducing innovative solutions.
- Support best‑practice bidding processes and suggest improvements to increase win rates.
- Contribute to clear win themes and client‑focused messaging that highlight value propositions.
