Ensures engineering projects are appropriately staffed and project objectives are achieved.
Develops policies and procedures for electrical design.
Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.

Project experience in K-12 educational market.
A minimum of 10-12 years of work experience with an AEC or engineering consulting firm.
Strong oral, written, and communication skills.
B.S. Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related construction related industry.
Possesses extensive engineering experience and knowledge.
Must be quality minded and self motivated.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (strong Revit experience preferred).
Professional Engineering license.
Physical ability and willingness to conduct site inspections and observe fieldwork.
Ability to interact with management, staff, external clients, organizations, and vendors.
Proficient with MEP calculations, and Title-24 documentation using Energy Pro software.
10 years of engineering or related engineering experience
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
