Interior Designer I Aviation

Description

• Assist in all phases of the design process for aviation environments, from premium lounges to terminal interiors
• Participate in team meetings and design reviews, actively listening, asking questions, and applying feedback to improve work.
• Coordinate with internal team members, helping maintain project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing design documentation, including drawings, presentations, and sample boards. Ensuring accuracy and consistency under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help source materials and furnishings, supporting the team in maintaining design quality and operational practicality.
• Contribute to presentation materials, helping organize visuals and content that communicate design intent.
• Contribute to elevating the hospitality experience in travel, translating brand stories into spatial experiences that evoke emotion and belonging

Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of design excellence — from concept to realization
• 3+ years of experience ideally across aviation, hospitality, or luxury commercial sectors
• Experience in Revit, and familiarity with FF&E selection, detailing, and documentation
• Stay curious and engaged, learning about aviation design trends, brand storytelling, and hospitality principles.
• Previous experience contributing to complex projects
• Emerging organizational and communication skills
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture equivalent
