HR Generalist handling end-to-end HR services for Melbourne office.
Implement HR activities such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management and other employee relations matters.
Maintain HRIS (Success Factors) with new hires and employee data changes
First point of contact for HR advice on Employment legislation, HR system operations, HR policies and processes, Employee Well-being program, etc.
Provide support to the management team and implement HR programs from the organizational strategy.
Support capability development initiatives, including training.
Work closely with and support the HR Manager on HR initiatives across all Australian businesses, mainly in Melbourne office.
Assist with negotiating enterprise agreements with the management teams.

Strong ownership culture with the ability to work independently.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (HR, industrial relations, business management, law).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with EBA establishment and execution is preferred.
3+ years' experience in a HR generalist role gained from a sizable company, ideally Engineering or similar.
