Account Sourcing Manager

Description

The EMEA Account Sourcing Manager leads strategic sourcing and procurement for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, representing JLL in client meetings, negotiating savings, and ensuring compliance through robust reporting and contract management.

Key duties include executing sourcing strategies, managing RfX processes, overseeing supplier frameworks, driving sustainability and diversity initiatives, and providing KPI and savings reporting through platforms such as Jaggaer.

• Manage strategic sourcing and procurement activities across IFM service lines.
• Represent JLL in client/account meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Lead negotiations to achieve savings targets and report via Jaggaer.
• Implement procurement planning, RFP management, bid analysis, and contract approvals.
• Allocate account resources in collaboration with directors, facilities managers and operations teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date supplier records and monitor contract changes.
• Oversee framework relationships with preferred suppliers and review performance.
• Provide KPI, supplier performance, and contract management reports monthly/quarterly.
• Support transformation initiatives, audits and reporting actions.
• Develop supply chain capabilities and identify partnership growth opportunities.
• Guide training on sourcing tools, systems, regulations and regional practices.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with country operations and are annually reviewed.
• Create and execute sourcing plans for each country/region.
• Qualify and onboard suppliers per compliance and risk management standards.
• Deliver transition support including site visits and supplier onboarding.
• Manage sustainability and diversity & inclusion strategies for the account.
• Produce quarterly business review reports and lead supplier review meetings.
• Facilitate stakeholder surveys, report results and implement actions.
• Execute sourcing strategy set by Client Account Sourcing Manager.
• Develop initiatives on compliance, savings, consolidation, sustainability and innovation.
• Maintain JLL sourcing and contracting standards.
• Manage and grow supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct RfX processes and evaluate submissions.
• Run e‑auctions/e‑RFPs using Bravo (Jaggaer) system.
• Identify and mitigate business risks through effective sourcing.
• Support regional sourcing programs and provide feedback on execution.
• Administer Strategic Sourcing Audit program for best‑practice compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance KPIs regionally.
• Deliver project savings and report hard savings, cost avoidance and value adds.
• Handle additional purchasing projects as business needs arise.

Requirements

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of procurement experience in IFM or related sectors, strong analytical and commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English with additional Western European language proficiency preferred.

• 5–10 years experience in similar procurement/sourcing roles.
• Deep knowledge of IFM services and supplier ecosystems.
• Strategic thinking, leadership, project and financial management skills.
• Strong analytical, financial and commercial expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement platforms (Jaggaer).
• Fluent English; additional Western European language preferred.
• Experience with EMEA‑wide supplier management and multi‑national contracts.
• Business management degree; MCIPS or equivalent preferred.
