Maintenance Manager
Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp.
Manages, develops and rehabilitates HUD/Section 8, Rural Development and Tax Credit affordable housing.
Performs maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, and maintains the cleanliness and overall condition of the property.
Responsible for overall physical condition of property.
Provides on-call maintenance service as directed by the Area Manager. Responds to emergencies as instructed and completes incident/accident reports related to emergency or incident.
Follow through with 504 Self Evaluation repairs and maintenance.
Sets up conference room and community space as needed. (If applicable)
Maintains property maintenance logs and inventory of supplies and equipment.
Identifies and takes advantage of opportunities for personal and professional development.

Maintains grounds and common areas, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas, trash pickup.
Advises the Regional Property Manager on the overall condition of the property.
Performs repairs on the property, including painting, carpentry or wall repair, and minor plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, and etc.
Attends work consistently and punctually. Comes to meetings prepared and on time; honors work commitments; follows through on what was agreed upon; meets agreed upon deadlines
Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
