  • Conduct training for employees on company secretarial compliance matters, including changes in Indian corporate laws.

  • Assist in organizing board, committee, and AGM meetings, including preparing notices, agendas, and minutes.
  • Ensure timely updating and safekeeping of corporate documents in accordance with Indian legal requirements.
  • Support legal teams in verifying documents and preparing reports for corporate transactions.
  • Conduct research on Indian corporate laws and regulatory updates.
  • Maintain accurate board resolutions and compliance reports.
