Tasks

-Solve challenging problems by utilizing analytics -Build relationships with key stakeholders responsible for information and performance management in client's organization -Build automated dashboards from scratch using Power BI and/or Tableau -Develop net new calculations to produce required dashboard metrics/KPI's -Provide strategic input on data-driven decision-making and proper KPI’s -Perform statistical data analysis on large data sets, resulting in impactful insights and outcomes -Build and maintain user documentation, architecture designs, and data flow diagrams -Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management -Work with a variety of clients in a variety of industries to source required data for dashboards -Lead change management efforts in client’s organization -Identify opportunities to add value to the client's organization by effective use of information management

We need someone who is a problem solver, a critical thinker, and is always wanting to go after new things—you’ll never be doing the same thing twice! *Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visa at this time.* -(Preferred) Experience in utilizing tools such as R, SAS, Python, etc. -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills -Two (2) years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack utilizing a variety of BI tools -A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets -Curiosity to ask questions and challenge the status quo -Creativity to devise out-of-the-box solutions -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing role where delivering solid work products to exceed high expectations is a measure of success -Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets -Ability to interface with multiple other business functions (internally and externally)
