At Cabinet IQ of Fairfax, we are looking for a Lead Kitchen Designer who embodies our values and is ready to help homeowners design and build their dream space using Design Flex (2020).
- Over 2 years of demonstrated experience in kitchen and bath design and sales, supported by a robust portfolio.
- Proficient in 2020 Design Flex or similar software, with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Dedicated design studio with centralized samples for private client consultations.
- Enthusiastic about engaging with clients, fostering strong relationships, and guiding them through budget discussions, timelines, and realizing their design vision.
This is a full-time position centered around primarily M-F business hours, with occasional evenings and Saturdays to meet clients needs by request only.
Full-time: Standard benefits. Salary $50-70k negotiable based on experience, with performance-based incentives tied to gross sales and project completions.
