As a Level 2 Engineer, you'll be the key link between Level 1 and Level 3. You'll take escalations, work directly with clients, and get exposure to project work alongside senior engineers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
Direct client support (phone, remote, and onsite).
Strong technical grounding across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, Intune, Sonicwall.
Exposure to project-specific work and implementations.
Genuine career progression into L3/project roles.
Great people skills - you enjoy talking to clients and solving problems quickly.
Proven MSP experience (non-negotiable).
TOIL for minimal overtime.
Regular company social events.
Occasional client site visits (mileage reimbursed).
Location: Dublin (onsite, 5 days per week) Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 + benefits & bonus
