Keeping documentation up to date and managing your time effectively.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, and Intune.

As a Level 2 Engineer, you'll be the key link between Level 1 and Level 3. You'll take escalations, work directly with clients, and get exposure to project work alongside senior engineers.

  • Keeping documentation up to date and managing your time effectively.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, and Intune.
